Faizon Love is best remembered as Big Worm from Ice Cube’s movie, Friday. So who’s that big fat hunk of burning chocolate? And what’s there to know besides the fact that he’s an actor on the rise? For one, he’s a cool ass down-to-earth muthaphucka.
Faizon is into the exact same shit as me. He collects Fat Albert memorabilia, bikes, Cuban cigars, jazz records, art by Justin Bua, Kung Fu and blaxploitation flicks and has more blaxploitation posters than anybody else I know! He’s Cuban and proud of it. He also lives in a suburban house in Encino next to Sherman Oaks, and his best friend is Jon Favreau, that dude who did Swingers and that Elf movie. What else? He envies Bernie Mac, cheats on his wife and should be called Big Perv. Can’t forget to mention, he’s a hip-hop encyclopedia.
