“Unless your heart, your soul, and your whole being are behind every decision you make, the words from your mouth will be empty, and each action will be meaningless. Truth and confidence are the roots of happiness.”
“I love you, and because I love you, I would sooner have you hate me for telling you the truth than adore me for telling you lies.”
Now is a good time to start taking care of yourself – male or female. Adopt sugar cane into your daily skin care regime. Over here, there are mango and sugar cane juice parlors on every block. Sugar cane is easily accessible. In the States, you can find it at Whole Foods or ask around for it.
I came up with this on my own, after I had a skin peel session in Detroit almost 9 years ago and I remember the lady telling me the solution had sugar cane in it as a natural glycolic acid. I thought about using every time I passed by a juicer, until one day I stopped at one and asked them to fill and empty bottle of water with cane juice. Then I went home and applied some on my face with cotton. The next morning my face was super tight.
Sometimes when we are tired, our face seems leathery or saggy. It’s normal. Just get some sleep and drink lots of water. If you use sugar cane like I do, it will keep your face toned the hell down. It acts as a natural exfoliater too. But seriously, skip the store creams and mass-processed crap and get the natural things I found to work that I tell you about. If you blend the sugar cane with sulfur, then you pretty much have recreated the solution girls pay a heavy dime to get put on their faces at a skincare clinic or high-end salon. I do it on the cheap, regularly, and at home.
All guys and girls – DO THIS! Look for pure organic sugar cane.

The Hundredth Monkey
The 100th Monkey phenomena has been cursed by skeptics and some “experts” claim it’s not proven.
Yet, it has.
Anybody who denies the power of resonance is an idiot. These skeptics deny the power of triggering social telepathy, even though it’s the way we are manipulated and controlled today. The media reminds us how to act, feel, and think everyday. Given. If resonance didn’t work, then marketing companies and ad agencies wouldn’t exist. Trends would not surface so fast worldwide at the same time in a limited period – if it we not for some kind of vibrational effect, or simply, the domino effect.
You cannot deny the 100th Monkey phenomena since it is a very simple and validated Truth found repeated throughout sociology. The people who criticize the concept, just don’t want us to see how easy it is for us to trigger and amplify a universal awakening – that when multiplied, could create a revolution.
If we synergized, and really collectively resonated the same thoughts – via any means possible – we would build currents together, that would build in momentum and frequency – and then ‘SMACK’ – quickly spread. If we keep spreading light, and repeatedly pushing those same concepts over and over again and building fleets at the same time, who are also repeating the same concepts, attitudes, and outlooks, then we will have built a light militia, that when our thoughts are vibrated over time at the same time, we will be fueling a bolt of love that builds awareness and compassion. We will no longer be divided because we are aware. And when we can’t be divided, then there is no room for evil and greed to conquer and reap.
You want real social change? It’s up to us to really trigger it… and this is an example of how it will happen. You can read about the 100th Monkey Phenomena here.
I just came back from Rumla Station area where I booked a flight to Istanbul on a whim. I leave Friday and come back Monday. I really, really need to get the hell out of here for a bit. Even if it’s for a few days. They got one of the most insanest bazaars over there, the coolest denim in the world for men, and for the ladies, the best maxi dresses and leather shoes in the world. All for cheap. Plus, Turkish shawarmas are number one. Better than Egypt, Lebanon, Syria…name it. Turkey. Best food, cool shit.
