THIS is a good album to release as a backdrop to your thoughts. Play this when you are lounging, chilling, meditating, sleeping, or creating. It’s a cool jazz spin that tones down the mind, or sexes up the body, while giving you insight into all the zodiac signs at the same time.
In the early 90s, DJs and producers in all the genres of electronica, specifically within the acid jazz and house music movements, had sampled the hell out of Cannonball Adderley’s SOUL ZODIAC, raping its funk filled grooves for their own records. The results have turned this very piece of work into a very much sought after collector’s item. A fat concept album with hip narration, psychedelic guitars and some fatback drums make this a very, very cool must-have. Grab it! It’s super sexy.
