Castles Are Crashing

Do you remember as a little kid when your mother would get mad at you for breaking anything in the house? You ran recklessly room to room like the house was your castle. Yet only when you would accidentally break something, did you feel from your mother’s anger that every single piece in the house had some kind of value to it. The world is like that. If we keep breaking things, the castle will eventually fall apart. And unfortunately, our mothers are not always around anymore to tell yell at us whenever we break something priceless – our conscience will. — Suzy Kassem
